Do you sell new and used mobile homes?
Yes. Texas New Mobile Homes offers new homes, used homes, and bank repos. Inventory cards distinguish homes on our lot, off-lot homes, and factory-order models.
Why do some homes show a price and others do not?
Selected used homes have approved public prices. For other homes, request current pricing and availability. Ask for a written quote explaining the home price and any delivery, setup, or site-work costs.
Can I browse homes before applying for financing?
Yes. Browse the photos and specifications without an account or application. Request information about a home when you are ready. A financing application is a separate step.
Can I use my land when buying a home?
Eligible land equity may be considered for certain financing programs. Ask our team about lender requirements, title, appraisal, and how your property affects financing and delivery.
Does a listed home include delivery and site work?
Inclusions vary by home and quote. Confirm delivery, installation, air conditioning, skirting, permits, utilities, and site preparation in writing. Do not assume a displayed home price is a turnkey total.
